"Superbe hôtel au cœur de Chaweng"

Cet hôtel est tout simplement magnifique. Les villas The Chapter sont parfaites pour une famille avec une piscine et un jacuzzi privé. Il y a deux piscines en plus une pour les enfants / famille l’autre pour le calme et la sérénité. Toute l’expérience redéfinit l’hôtellerie de luxe.

J’ai été étonné qu’il n’y ait pas de nettoyage quotidien de la villa ni même de rechargement des bouteilles d’eau, cela paraît étrange de devoir faire la demande explicitement de room service dans un hôtel 5*.

"Couldn't ask for a better experience"

Service was amazing, everything was spotless. Staff were very polite and attentive. The pool was amazing and access to the beach was literally at your feet with beds just for guests by the pool and beach. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot, walking distance to practically everything. The included breakfast was fantastic as well!

The gym could do with an update, but honestly it was fine.

Impeccable service from the moment you check in, until the moment you check out. Beautiful setting, just off the main road. Amazing beachfront restaurant, with a vast selection of western and Thai food. The nicest hotel we have stayed in Thailand, we will be back for sure!
