The Chill Resort and Spa, Koh Chang

Our absolute best recommendation. The Chill is luxurious the chill way. You won’t find a staff like this one anywhere. They are friendly and so keen to give you the best service if you let them and treat them respectfully. We are coming back again, Thank you so much 🙏🏼🇹🇭

Where to start, the staff are all brilliant happy attentive nothing to much trouble, from the complamentry fruit and water while sunning to the room ice service. The food is top notch good quality and fresh as my lobster tasted so good. Rooms are big and shower area huge with access to the pool direct from the room it all makes it a special holiday. Will definitely be back. It was early Nov when I went so not busy which is great no idea I'm sure in high season it would be different but still a great place to stay.

No real beach altho you can access the sea but very stoney entrance. Just stick to the pool anyway.

The lack of storage in the bedroom, plenty of wardrobes but no drawers for smaller items No headboard on the bed. No chair to sit on in the bedroom either

Everything was perfect

Le cadre de rêve surtout avec la maison en front de mer. La gentillesse du personnel et le fait d’être quasiment seul au monde dans l’hôtel (sans doute lié à la basse saison).

Les tarifs du restaurant et du bar. Heureusement un grands nombres de restaurants se trouvent aux alentours de l’hôtel. Les cocktails non compris dans l’open bar, vraiment dommage…

Very good service, soft pillows, very comfortable to sleep on. The receptionist gave a great welcome. If I have a chance, I will go back to use the services at The Chill again.

The hotel was right next to the beach with the ability to kayak to other islands directly opposite. The hotel staffs were very friendly and spoke fluent English. There are a selection of shops and restaurant within walking distance. The only annoying thing I found is after every housekeeping, mosquitos often find their way into the room.
