Best Western San Pedro Puebla

Great place to stay at the center of Puebla. Everything was good about our stay except that the pool was being renovated when we stayed, which was nowhere mentioned when made the booking. In fact, we specifically booked the hotel, because it had a pool. However, the receptionist offered a cancellation or an upgrade of our room. We chose the upgrade and we stayed in the hotel nonetheless. Apart from that, the quality of the rooms and the service is very good.

The pool was closed and there was some noise during the day because of construction work in the pool, but we were mostly out during that time.

Location cannot be any better, 2 minutes from Zócalo. Pool inside the patio is very warm and clean with tables around to enjoy some drinks or food. We even enjoyed live singing on Saturday night. Room was rather small, but super clean and with comfortable beds. Parking also available.

The location is spot on for the value. Easy walk to the center and talavera street. The beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed the pool.

The air conditioning did not work, they could not put more gas in, said the unit was too old. Brought a noisy fan in. Asked for a different room and that was heard on deaf ears. The shower was not super clean and it sprayed all over unless you decreased to very little pressure. The shower curtain and drapes were ripped. Obviously not one of the remodeled rooms.

First room had some issues, suggesting it wasn't cleaned. They gave us an option of two other rooms and they were great (we picked one, obviously).
