The staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was better than most.

The rooms were clean and well-lit. The swimming pool and hot tub were a great bonus, and the staff was friendly as well.

The quality and variety offered at breakfast did not feel like good value for money. I have stayed at Holiday Inn properties where breakfast is charged separately, yet the quality and service were far better. Either the breakfast standards should be significantly improved, or it may be better not to offer it at all in its current state.

The room was well made and pretty clean but not as clean as many other hotels we have been at.

The staff at the breakfast stand were extremely rude. Moreover the breakfast times are 7am to 10 am, but the staff started removing the food one hour before the breakfast end time. They were really rude and said that there is no breakfast even though we can at 9am, well before the end time.
