Nothing sticks out.

Dirty sheets and blankets, we found out when we were about to sleep and because it was late and no housekeeping available, we had to make our own beds to change the sheets and blankets. Terrible experience and I truly believe that housekeeping staff only change the sheets if they look bad enough to change them... terrible

This hotel was promising due to its location, indoor pool and pet friendly rooms.

Our family is quite comfortable in many types of hotels and don’t mind simpler setups. We were, however, absolutely horrified by the significant rat droppings, piles of dead flies and rodent trap in the pool and hall areas. If this is visible in high traffic places, what’s happening behind the scenes? We also had a strong smell of exhaust in our room as it faced the main road, and found dog food from previous guests on our floor. The people were kind, but our skin was crawling and we had to leave asap.

Loved the hot tub area. We were able to take a business call from out there

Pool, great location, breakfast included, onsite restaurant and game room.

Hot tub area needs attention. Maybe matts to and from pool area. Maybe consider a temp enclosure and plants with plants would make it nicer.

The room was comfy and we enjoyed the hot tub and breakfast..

Would have enjoyed a river view instead of the highway..

The staff were great , the beds were comfy and clean

The breakfast was awful we travel alot and this was the worst we have ever had , there was a very limited choice of processed inedible food. The cutlery was plastic and wrapped in more plastic , the plates were either plastic or cardboard, I didn’t even know it was legal for a business to be so unsustainable. The coffee was bitter .
