Pool and sauna were great

Room had some damage in it in shower, a bit far from town

Spacious and comfortable

Kitchen should have supplied paper towel, Saran Wrap and more kitchen towels but otherwise we’ll stocked

bed was clean

we got there at 4:10 and our room was not ready. My husband was exhausted from driving. The front desk asked us to come back in 20 minutes. My husband fell asleep in the chair next to the front desk and many people checked in while we waited. I went back and had to wait in the line up for a while before the clerk saw me and told me oh yes your room is ready. The tap cover in the tub was so dirty I refused to have a shower!

The pool and hot tub were nice and well kept. The location was amazing!

The breakfast was bad, there was no coffee from 9-10 am (breakfast goes until 10). There were no staff around to replenish and the options were low effort.

Nothing special. Similar hotels provided more of food variety

Staff were friendly and courteous.

Fridge freezer door was broken off and freezer was so badly built up that I wouldn’t have gotten anything into it if I needed to. Night stand bottom shelf was dusty. I tried to make hot water using the in-room machine and the water came through tinged with coffee and grounds. Had to flush it 3 times before I felt comfortable using it for my tea.

Hotel is clean, staff was very friendly, especially the waiter in the dining room room that guy was a hoot.

Honestly, when people came in with little kids, you should put them all on the lower floor. It was not pleasant that parents allow their kids to run up and down the hallway when other people are trying to sleep. Also in my opinion, you should have a sign no unattended children in the breakfast room, little kids were sticking their hands in things making a mess. Disgusting. We had cereal for breakfast because children were sticking their hands in the bread bags and the muffin display. That is very unacceptable.
