The location was really pleasant, and the room was quiet, and it was really easy to get parking spaces for two vans. 8t was also the best price for the location, beating a grotty travelodge with shared Macdonalds parking in the next town by a £50 difference, which is ridiculous.

The sheets had been literally chucked on. Towels put in an untidy pile. No finess. My choice of twin beds was ignored, and we had to ask for extra bedding when we were weary, late at night on arrival. Also, the messages put around the hotel and room were very negative, not welcoming at all. Just do not do this or that. Otherwise, we will ... There was no welcoming message about enjoying your stay, and here are the WiFi details excetera! Why be in hospitality if you don't want to make your guests feel welcome? The staff did try their best - I got the impression it was just a corperate trying to make money who had lost interest and couldn't be bothered to do it right. Their loss!

a nice hotel but in the middle of nowhere . i have to say jane the receptionist was very helpful .rooms are clean but basic .i would not be going back

Bus tour food was rubbish, given once you have had an alcoholic drink you can not drive in Scotland no menu for food, the bus tour food was poor and mostly inedible, surely we can do better than this, what the tourists thought is heaven knows

It was great place. Clean and fresh, the dining area was like a buffet which I didn't expect but it was very faily priced and food was good

Food was poor Dining room difficult to find.

Dinner and breakfast were below average.
