We have put in place measures during this period to minimize any inconvenience and ensure your stay remains smooth, enjoyable, and comfortable.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "Exceptional safari experience"

I love the Serena chain, and this is one of their best camps. It is safe, clean, and very well organized. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the guides are knowledgeable and professional. Overall, it has been an excellent experience for us, and I would highly recommend it.

"Service that exceeds guest expectations and gives value for money"

Serena Sweetwaters Camp is simply the best. The location is ideal and the views are panoramic. The food is very delicious and the staff are very Proffesional and friendly. The duty manager Mr. Wilson Chola always checks on all guests to ensure they are comfortable and feel welcome in the camp. We highly recommend this camp as a top notch holiday destination with value for money.

The location was great - didn't expect to see so many fantastic animals so close to the lodge - rhino, elephant, buffalo, water buck, warthogs, zebra etc definitely coming back to stay there.

Fantastic! Magical watering hole with animals visiting all day including buffalo, rhinos and elephants.

The pool wasn’t in use. It was under construction.

"Ol Pejeta Serena Tent Lodge fun stay."

Very nice accommodations - our first tent room in Kenya, so fun! Keep the entrance zipped all the way. Food was good, fresh to order bbq grill options at dinner. Breakfast and lunch were good. Bar was good. Game drives in the Ol Pejeta were great - stand on the equator there. Educational visit to the rhino center and feed the blind rhino.

"Tolle Unterkunft mit vielen Tierbeobachtungen"

Wunderschöne Anlage direkt am Wasserloch, den ganzen Tag kommen und gehen Tiere. Sehr komfortabler Bungalow. Sehr freundliches Personal beim Essen und den Fahrten, wir hatten kein eigenes Auto und haben alles über das Camp gebucht. Wärmflasche jede Nacht sehr willkommen :)

Wir waren 3 Nächte, das Essen war sehr gut aber wurde bei längerem Aufenthalt etwas eintönig, v.a. für vegetarische Optionen. Zeitgleich waren mit uns mehrere junge Schulklassen im Camp, was beim Essen laut und unruhig war. Das Personal hat sich nach dem 1. Abend bemüht, dies zeitlich zu trennen, aber hätte noch verbessert werden können. Kommt aber wohl äußerst selten vor mit Schulklassen.
