Ilfracombe House Hotel - near Cliffs Pavilion

Liked everything about the B&B. Great room, v comfortable bed and quiet so a great night's sleep. Fantastic location and free parking. The owners are very nice as was the young lady who booked me in. The breakfast was enjoyable and I loved having my own toaster on my breakfast table. Recommended to all.

on arrival made to feel welcome, room was clean comfortable & had a nice seating area. the shower was hot & powerful. ( it did drip a bit after use) toilet was a bit temperamental in regards to flushing. but non of this was really a problem. the breakfast was really nice & the service was friendly & professional. lovely experience. we also had an evening meal on our first night which was nice. There is a small car park at rear of hotel. close to all amenities, the beach is on the door step. noise level didn't hear anybody else who was staying. (That's a bonus !!) We both had a great time & would definitely stay here again. All the staff were helpful & polite.

I was there on an overnight stay after seeing blue at the Cliffs Pavilion. The hotel manager was lovely and could not do enough for me when I arrived with no phone battery and a difficulty paying. The room was spacious and clean and I had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was lovely and filling too and there was plenty of choice available.

Breakfast was great ,friendly staff nothing too much trouble, great parking as supplied with permit and not even charged for that ..nice and close to theater and big casino .everything you need in bedroom .

Really enjoyed my stay. A quaint little hotel run by a lovely, friendly and welcoming family. My room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. I don't normally bother to purchase breakfast when I'm away, but as it is included in the price, I had it each day. There is a very good variety to choose from and really nice, it certainly set me up for the day! Although surrounding parking is resident permit between 11am and 9pm, the hotel have a small car park (which I didn't manage to use), or they can provide a daily temporary permit upon request. For me it was a 10/10 stay and I will come again. Thank you.

The hotel check in was quick and easy. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Our room was on the top floor accessed by stairs only the room was very clean and tidy tea and coffee making facilities in the room with a fridge. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and tidy and had a good shower.. The breakfast dining area with very clean and tidy and well presented. The staff were polite and very helpful. They waited on you so did not have to get up and get your breakfast. I had a full English and it was really nice. I cannot fault the hotel all the staff. I would definitely use again.

Pleasant staff. Food was good, and served 'at table'. The decor was certainly interesting.

It is perhaps not practical, but a lift would be a good idea.
