Great breakfast and very suitable dinner.

Lift unreliable. Poor access with wheelchair.

Lovely big bedroom and comfortable bed , nice bar and pleasant staff. Great location

I came from Coventry to attend a Funeral with my son. At Cromer Crematorium. We only stayed for 15 hours. We drank in the bar and breakfast was very good.

I didn’t have a bar of soap on my wash basin.

Relaxed atmosphere Fan in room Hole in one staff, the main hotel chef were very friendly and helpful

No handrail in the shower, for my father, or shelf to keep toiletries in said shower

It is in a lovely location, we had a very nice room, and it was handy for the train station into Cromer or sheringham.

Our only issue was with the breakfast, soggy hash browns and eggs on request can be a good idea but not if it’s too busy, also, when I asked for more pastries as they had all gone I was told they only come out once in the morning! For £13.50 I feel this isn’t acceptable.
