We booked a courtyard studio last minute for a spur of the moment trip to Waiheke. So we weren’t expecting much. We were very pleasantly surprised. The room was modern, clean and stocked with all the basics. The property is right at the bus stop, 1/2 block from the beach, next door to the coffee shop and around the corner from the restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Stayed here for four nights while attending a wedding. We came over as foot passengers on the ferry. The bus stops opposite the site entrance. Parking for some cars outside the apartments.. We had a ground floor apartment with outdoor table/chairs on small patio where we ate breakfasts in the sun. Lovely beach 100 metres from door. One minute to small bakery/pie shop and fish & chip shop. 5 mins walk to pub/restaurants. Supermarket 10 mins walk. Apartment was spotlessly clean with complimentary milk, tea, coffee. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and pillows. Good shower with complimentary toiletries. Plenty of seating in lounge for four people. WIFI. Very helpful and responsive Manager. Would definitely stay again.

We are here second time with my husband. The location is brilliant, right on the beach, all restaurants around the corner, bus stop infront. Courtyard room, no view, but hej you go out and the glorious beach is there. Will come back

The apartment is close to thd beach but wax tired and the floors although they looked clean were dirty.

Excellently equipped apartment for family of three. Close to the beach and easy to get to other areas on the island

Could hear the waves from the apartment & decent view of beach. Well stocked woth kitcheware. Comfy bed.

Location ideal for us. Close to beach,restaurants and bus.
