All rooms are on either first or second floor, and there is no elevator. The hotel is not suitable for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. Reservations for the restaurant are necessary. To guarantee a reservation at the restaurant please contact the hotel in advance to reserve a table, once you have booked your room. Bar meals are not served on Friday and Saturday nights or when the restaurant is very busy.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Quirky hotel with excellent food and lovely staff mid town"

Room was spacious, large bed, comfortable bed,2 large windows that opened wide on a hot night. Overlooked the street but quiet after about 10.0 pm.

Bathroom very small and shower quite tight and a little tired

Great freshly cooked breakfast and staff very attentive. Location was great as well, with parking.

No lift to room, but that was expected due to the period nature of the hotel.
