Great owners , clean , awesome location

It was a lovely welcoming guest house, very clean and tidy. Close to the sea and all the local attractions. Scott and Helen are a lovely couple who seem to really care about their guests.

The parking was a slight issue but again Scott was very helpful with this.

Great little guesthouse. The perfect location for an event or holiday right in the middle of Brighton. A short walk to the beach, pier, Aquarium and shops. Lots of places to eat nearby and easy parking with on-street parking vouchers supplied by the Guesthouse for £10/24hrs - much cheaper than local carparks. My room was spacious & spotlessly clean, with a small table and two chairs set into the bay window with a sea view. Good sized bathroom with a decent shower. Comfy bed, a bit on the firm side, but comfy nonetheless. All the refreshments you would expect with the added bonus of a breakfast basket with fruit and muesli bars. It also has a small fridge which is so useful when you're staying for a few days. I really enjoyed my two nights at Aquarium Guesthouse and will definitely stay again next time I head to Brighton.

Good location, and the owners were friendly and available.

The hot water was stone cold. I'm sure this will have been sorted out quickly, but it didn't happen over the weekend. The room is on the 4th floor, so not good if you don't like stairs. Wifi wasn't great, but they took my comments seriously and I hope this will be sorted out as well.
