Great location, very clean, a lovely breakfast bowl of fresh fruit and breakfast bars in the room every day. Iron and ironing board. Great hosts ☺️

Parking was difficult, no hot water in the sink and noisy in evening until the pub at the end of the road closed!

Great location, nice old building, clean, spacious. Scott and Emma friendly, personal and accommodating. Fresh fruit and cereal bars for breakfast a bonus. Daily room clean also not expected.

Street parking a bit limited, but we actually had no problems and parked within a street every day over the weekend.

Great location owners were friendly and helpful very clean would definitely recommend it

Having stayed in Brighton several times, the guest house was much quieter option than when we've stayed in hotels on the beach front. Very clean. Lovely couple. Very willing to help. Thank you.

Excellent location , fabulous hosts and very clean. Pleasingly quiet in back room despite its very central location. Starbucks on the street corner was a big Brucie bonus :)

Needs more accessible plug sockets .No plug by bedside so had to charge up phone over by kitchenette area and needed to unplug kettle . Poorly functioning fridge despite being on top setting barely kept drinks cold. Parking was a problem when we arrived on a saturday mid afternoon had to drive round and round to find a space to park

Visiting family. This as an ideal location to be able to walk to families homes. . Although weather was hot there was a fan in the room, which was used nightly. Fresh fruit and breakfast replaced every day was an unexpected surprise. Would definitely stay here again. Well worth the money.

Would have preferred to have had a room lower down in the building, but on the plus side didn't hear anyone walking about above us.
