The location and hosts are fantastic.

Better pillows and a better solution for parking are important ways to improve the experience.

Scott and Helen are fantastic welcoming hosts, the room was a great size with fairly modern decor and very clean. We had an issue with the toilet which was resolved via a plumber within 20 minutes, it must be a record!

Very kind staff with clean facilities. Perfect distance from the pier and all amenities.

We were not advised prior to arriving we would be on the top floor. The water flow in the basin was very slow and barely warm , the shower was not good, the temperature was very hot then very cold. Bed was however very comfy. Would not have given it 4 star accommodation which is what I searched.

The room was suburb, fresh, and clean. Helen and Scott were very friendly and welcoming. We would happily go back.
