This hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star property. The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows are even worse. They are old, lumpy, and filled with clumps that feel like small balls inside. I asked for different pillows, but the staff told me that no other pillows were available. A 4-star hotel should definitely offer guests a choice of pillows. The breakfast looks impressive at first glance because of the variety, but the quality is very disappointing. The orange juice tastes like water with orange peel rather than real juice. On top of that, about an hour and a half before breakfast ends, nothing is replenished. This means that guests who arrive early get the full selection, while those who come later are left with whatever happens to be left. This is simply not acceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4 stars.

Location and beautiful building.

Interiors mainly, they were too dark for the bedroom.

Сподобався сніданок, дизайн номеру, зручне ліжко і чудове розташування.

Ну дуже маленький номер під дахом, в який заходиш і одразу впираєшся в ліжко. Не було навіть підставки для чемодану

Kabina prysznicowa jest bardzo mała ogolić nogi dla partnerki było nie lada wyzwaniem, dla mnie samego umyć się w tej kabinie też było nie lada wyczynem,brak klimatyzacji na 3 piętrze też jest uciążliwe,no i w lodówce stały kilka małych napoi woda 3 trunki z alkoholem o pojemności 50ml były dodatkowo płatne,i nie wspomnę o próbie obciążenia karty bez wcześniejszego kontaktu,też było słabe.

Pokoje są Ok, czyste i ciche. Sam nocleg jest OK.

Nie ma obsługi. W hotelu przyjmował nas bardzo profesjonalny i miły Pan, ale był sam! Mimo, że hotel był pełen! Przy wymeldowaniu na recepcji nie było nikogo a Pani z baru nie wiedziała jak pomóc. Ten hotel ma za mało obsługi!

Rooms were absolutely beautiful. Lovely and clean and beds were really comfortable . Dining room is great lots of seating very spacious and breakfast was exceptional. Bar area is also really good. Staff were very friendly and nothing wasn't to much trouble for them. All in all a great hotel wouldn't stay any were else when I go back to Lublin.

The only negative I can give it is that there is no access to the dining room there is 2 sets of steps to navigate and as I am disabled it was quite a struggle. To be fair there is a staff lift which is ok but you have to walk quite away through the kitchens etc.
