Riad Aladdin

AN ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Don’t book this Riad. The service is horrible, the rooms are small and not clean at all – and when we complained, we were just scammed for more money! We stayed for 5 nights and never got any proper sleep because of all the noise from the street. The location feels unsafe, and you NEED to take precautions before walking out in the evening. This was by far the worst experience!

My friend and I stayed in two rooms which were clean and beautifull and very comfortable. The traditional decor and the carved and painted wooden doors and balconies looked amazing. The staff (Maryam and the team) were so friendly and helpful and were always willing to help. Maryam even accompanied us to the square to get us a taxi to the airport and was extremely helpful. And it is so close to all the historic sites and the markets and restaurants so we were able to walk to many of them. Breakfast was also good and the staff were very friendly. The roof terrace was so beautiful and an ideal place to relax after a days sightseeing. I love to go there again.

Fantastic stay! The room had everything we needed and the staff were friendly and accommodating! It felt wholesome with its traditional Moroccan decor and was very clean. Super fast WiFi and good air conditioning. The Riad is in the medina and in a great location! Can’t recommend enough!

Amazing hotel, very clean and comfortable, I recommend a cooking class from the hotel cook, she is truly amazing, also the massages in the hotel and incredible. The hotel organised a walking tour for us which was brilliant and our guide was very knowledgeable and delightful. Comfy beds and the food was delicious, breakfast and dinner. If you need help the staff are very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Second time visiting Marrakesh and I just loved it! Our accommodation was just inside the Medina wall so taxi was able to drop us off directly outside the Riad. Inside was beautifully decorated and ALL the staff were friendly and very helpful. We took advantage of their Hamman and massage which was sheer bliss. Bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast was just perfect for setting us up for the day. The breads and honey were scrumptious and superb coffee. Roof top terrace would have been perfect, if only the sun had come out We pre booked an Agafay Desert Tour with a 45min horse ride included. A 1hr track up to a waterfall and lunch was included. Our Guide Abderrazak was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to find me something warm to wear from a Berber lady as I had not inticipated just how cold it would be up there. All in all an amazing 3 days filled with adventure and people watching in the main medina.

I have just returned from a three night stay at this wonderful Riad. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to spend time somewhere so full of character and charm. It's amazing that, given the bustle and noise outside, it is so calm and serene inside the Riad. The food was perfect and my room was faultless. I cannot praise the staff highly enough.

Stayed here in february for my birthday, last-minute trip. I've never been to Marrakech before or stayed in a local Riad. I can honestly say we had the best time. Riad Aladdin was lovely, the staff were very friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. Ideal base to stay & very traditional, it was just perfect. Lovely traditional bedrooms, with comfy beds & a lovely hot shower. The roof terrace was a great place to relax with a drink. If we were to come back to Marrakech, we would definitely stay here again 😊

We had ended our tour of Morocco in another riad in Marrakech and had booked an additional 3 nights stay at the Riad Aladdin. When we arrived the staff was very helpful. It was a different type of riad than our previous one and we found this one to be more comfortable, quiet, and well located! Thank You Riad Aladdin for a comfortable stay!
