Dear Park Inn Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, I encountered ongoing issues with the WiFi connection in my room, which also prevented me from turning on the TV, as it required an internet connection. As an international guest, reliable WiFi was especially important for me, since I could not use my mobile phone without a stable internet connection. This made it difficult for me to communicate and access essential services during my stay. Although a technician visited my room several times (five visits in total) to address the problem, the issue was never resolved. On the last visit, the technician assured me that he would return to fix the problem, but he did not come back. As a result, I was unable to use the TV or my phone for the duration of my stay, which affected my overall comfort and satisfaction. The location is perfect, the staff is genuinely kind, and the General Manager, Rita, is truly exceptional. Her leadership shows in everything, she is warm, attentive, and always goes the extra mile. She’s even surprised me with a bottle of wine on several occasions, which I’ve always appreciated. I’ve been staying here for about seven years now, never less than 40 days a year. This place feels like a second home to me. I recommend this hotel 100%. You won’t regret staying here.

This is a good, clean hotel. It's location is not my favorite. Customer Service could be better. The rooms a clean, bed is comfortable. Power outage is crazy here but they make sure power is restored almost immediately. This hotel has the potential to be great as I see the boss lady on top of everything during my stay especially on a Saturday morning.

The Okra and mackerel gumbo for breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast lacked healthy options, and the granola was far too sweet. There were too many chafing dishes with the hot alcohol / gel burners underneath, and the fumes were overpowering. The wifi was consistently awful, probably need to get a Starlink. Television remote stopped working. Far too little drinking water provided in the room/ on the floor given the hot climate in Lagos. Should at least provide a water filter to refill the plastic bottles from.

The location, the service, the room. I was pleasantly surprised. I found this hotel randomly searching and I’m glad I did. It delivers on what it is which I appreciated. I’ll happily visit again.

Whilst having a decent appearance on arrival and a well decorated lobby, the list of good items stops right here. It tooks 1hr to get the room key even arrived at 6pm only. Purpose of the trip was to find a new hotel for our company and we had a pre-agreed contract with corporate rates in hand. Assuming we would get the best room in the booked category, no it was the worse I had ever been in and I travel quite a lot. The attached pictures say everything. Molded walls, broken floors and bathroom sinks - thats not the Radisson standard. Confronting the hotel manager with this badly maintained room, he said its already a good one and the hotel is fully booked. Just wondering why the breakfast area at the next morning was completely empty. My recommendation: dont go, if you dont have too, its such a bad managed hotel !

My stays in the past were exceptional. However in the past 2 weeks I’ve come here from my office for great morning breakfast and I won’t be stopping soon. The highlight is my signature rich cream latte prepared for me on my way out. I’ve had fantastic experiences with all the guys at the bar and restaurant. Thank you Team Park Inn by Radisson.
