The Smart TV in my room. The noiseless and very controllable AC. The hangers with pegs. The magnifying mirrors. The fancy table lamp. The pillows. The balcony. The quality of facilities and furniture. The air freshener fragrance. The staff's patience and willingness to help.

The unclear extra charge which made the total charge different from what is on bookings.com app (charge + VAT and tax). The concentration of air freshener at the lounge. Seemed like the hot water is timed.
