Hotel maravilhoso! Gostei de tudo! Da comida, do conforto dos quartos, da praticidade de tudo estar próximo, das atividades, as praias são incríveis e lindas, principalmente a praia escondida. Adorei tambem as atividades para as crianças, meu filho de 5 anos AMOU brincar com os monitores e com vários amiguinhos. Com toda certeza iremos voltar e indicar para todos.

"Lugar privilegiado opacado por el nivel de servicio y la gastronomía ofrecida"

La playa, el entorno y la ubicacion privilegiada que tienen el hotel. La facilidad para acceder a excursiones por las islas y el clima en si, aún con lluvias, son excelentes.

La gastronomía no esta acorde al nivel del hotel que pretende ser y mucho menos al precio pagado, el cual es similar o superior a otros que ofrecen una calidad y variedad de platos muy superior. Los procesos de check-in y check-out están mal organizados y son lentos. La cantidad de personal es extremadamente insuficiente, lo que repercute mucho en la atención en todos los sectores, en especial el restaurante principal, la reposicion de platos, limpieza de las mesas, procesos de check-in/out. Lo mismo en la playa.
