Desta vez ficamos em um quarto reformado com ótimas instalações.

O serviço all inclusive necessita aprimorar. Estive no hotel em 2024 e a variedade no all inclusive era maior.

Localização excelente, passeios saindo direto do hotel, comida muito boa e com grande variedade, atendimento incrível desde a chegada e durante toda a estadia

Gostei do ambiente a piscina o club de praia petisco muito bom ,almoço e jantar fenomenal bastante variedades .

Olha na verdade não foi que não gostei ,só foi apenas falta de opção que na minha opinião eles poderiam vericar esse equisito falta de variedades de suco ,só tinha suco de laranja sem ser natural ,todos os dias os mesmo sucos ,pra quem não bebe como eu e meu esposo isso ficou a desejar ,mas pra mim só nesse ponto o restante gostei de tudo .

"La playa y habitación muy bien, pero la comida no es buena."

La playa

A través de la recepción pedimos un van para llevarnos al aeropuerto y este no llego. Esto es serio porque teníamos un vuelo que tomar y el personal de la recepción no asume ninguna responsabilidad por él incumplimiento, y además el hotel no tuvo ninguna capacidad de respuesta para solucionarlo.
