An absolutely beautiful, calm and welcoming space. A chilled towel and rose hip tea was offered upon arrival. The staff we very much attentive and my massage therapist Hany gave me the best massage I have ever had. Afterwards, lovely ginger tea was brought out. This was a truly emersive experience and I would highly recommend

Clean friendly hotel

Spa was very expensive

Adults only pool area was quiet and small number of people.

Bathroom wasn’t up to standard. Shower pressure was terrible and toilet didn’t flush very well. Bathroom needs a renovation. Breakfast could be better for the price you pay. Why only have healthy juice and dim sum twice a week, why not everyday. Not enough choices. The breakfast should be way better for this standard of hotel.

Lack of responsibility from pool staff and management to ensure there was room for guests around pool and beach area Guests selfishly reserved places and went away for hours at a time On the beach they reserved 4 spots at a time Having spot for shade and sun This was a daily occurrence and most guests did it , leaving no room for guest who where respectful . Pool staff where informed and stated they would police as caused arguments Despite there 30 min policy Reception staff informed also , who stated they don’t allow chairs to be held longer than 30 minutes, and did not enforce it .
