"Nie mehr mit Frühstück"

Die Lage nahe an Therme und Marktplatz war gut.

Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Es gab nur ein paar abgepackte Aufstriche, einige Scheibchen Wurst und zwei Semmeln. Keinen richtigen Käse, kein Ei, kein Joghurt, kein Brot, und das für 9,50 €, ich vermute keine 5€ wert.

"Schönes Zimmer, freundliche Mitarbeiterin, schlechter Service beim Einchecken"

Das Appartement /Eckzimmer (Bad mit Fenster und im Wohnraum zum Balkon auch seitlich noch ein Fenster) sehr hell und schön, da könnte man es auch länger aushalten, als nur eine Nacht. Die junge Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war äußerst freundlich. Was jedoch sehr ärgerlich war, dass der Schlüsselsafe nicht funktioniert hat bzw. man mir nicht mitgeteilt hat, dass sich die Nummer geändert hat! Die angegebene „Notfallnummer“ war über 1! Stunde nicht erreichbar (TN wird per SMS informiert), danach hat es zwar durchgeklingelt, aber es ging wieder eine halbe Stunde niemand ans Telefon - das ist eine Frechheit. Wenn man schon weiß, dass Gäste anreisen, hat diese Notfallnummer auch besetzt zu sein! Dann kam endlich ein Rückruf… Kulanterweise musste ich dann den TG-Platz für mein Motorrad in Höhe von 5€ nicht bezahlen.

Das ganze Gaud ist ein Labbyrinth, div Eingänge, aber nicht alle Treppenhäuser bzw Aufzüge führen an die vorderen Eingängey.

Der Eingang war nicht direkt sonder über ein anliegendes Haus. Leider vorab keine Info bekommen. Dadurch bei Ankunft erstmal Verwirrung
