die Orientierung / das Auffinden des Zimmers war aufgrund der Zweihäusigkeit schwierig. Die Ausschilderung könnte optimiert werden! Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, jedoch fehlen Basis-Dinge wie Kaffeepulver oder Teebeutel. Im Bad sind keinerlei Pflegeartikel vorhanden. Dass all dies mitzubringen ist, war nicht hinreichend beschrieben

Underground parking with access direct to building. Garden ( loungers available to us). Incredible bird song - a nature paradise. Underground passage to the Thermal Baths so you can change in your apartment and walk down in bathers and bathing gown. Lifts in both Haus Sonnleiten and Haus Rupert. You can only move from one Haus to another on one level, which can confuse the first time you visit but easy once you've done it the first time. Spacious apartment we requested has a bed that you pull down from what appears to be a wardrobe - sounds like it would be inferior but it's really comfortable and you have more space in the room during the day. No air con but typical blinds that you pull down which keep the sun and heat out effectively. We were there when the temperature was 32 degrees Celsius but the room was comfortable due to the blinds. We used the balcony in the morning and evening as the apartment faced west. Washing machine and drier free to use in the Waschsalon downstairs.

We've stayed here every year for about 11 years. It's still excellent, but I found there were some little details that seemed to have been overlooked, e.g., there wasn't a complete set of kitchen utensils - no slotted spoon to take veg out of saucepans. I didn't raise this with the staff as we got by.

Přijeli jsme dříve, než jsme předpokládali o cca 2 hodiny. Pán na recepci nás ihned ubytoval, bez problémů. Prodej zlevněných vstupenek do lázní s opakovaným výstupem a županová chodba jsou super. Byli jsme zde opakovaně, cena - výkon je výborná. Vždy žádáme o ubytování v patře, bylo nám vždy vyhověno. Na recepci vždy dobrá komunikace - přes překladač :-)))

Vybavení kuchyně, pouze dva hrnce, jeden půllitr na pivo.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es entsprach seinerzeit sicherlich den aktuellen Standards, aber den heutigen wird es nicht mehr gerecht. Das Appartment war oberflächlich gereinigt, die Türklinken und Lichtschalt waren klebrig. Im Bad konnte nur nach einer Kletteraktion in die Badewanne geduscht werden. Der Duschkopf ließ sich nicht ganz nach oben verstellen, was für einen Menschen über 190 cm Körpergröße bedeuetet, deduckt duschen! Des weiteren ließ dere Wasserdruck zu Wünschen übrig und der Duschkopf was undicht. Alles in allem nicht ansprechend.
