The Royal Santrian

The Royal Santrian, Nusa Dua Our stay at the The Royal Santrian, Bali was truly special . When you first arrive , you are welcomed by the gracious hostess who greets you with Om Swathiastu which means - may you be blessed and protected, may peace be with you . They then make the welcome drink with you and you are shown to your room . There are 20 villas with private pools on the property so at any time there can only be 40 guests , which gives you the sense of luxury and exclusivity straight away . Standing at the reception foyer- you can see and hear the ocean and the waves. There is also an infinity common pool at the enter of the property . The rooms are spacious but have a quaint , homely feel to them . There is an all day restaurant which has a decent vegetarian selection as well . But a moonlight dinner beside the beach was absolutely amazing . The staff are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. The treatments at the spa were superb and you feel so relaxed after you have had them . And we were offered a complimentary 2 hours spa treatment as well , which was the icing on the cake ! Thank you ! They have a chauffeur driven car that can take you to local places close by for a meal , drop you off and pick you up if u arrange that with the front desk. All in all, we enjoyed every bit of our stay . Thank you for making our silver wedding anniversary special . The Royal Santrian- truly makes you feel like royalty !

The Royal Santrian is an excellent hotel with amazing villas each with a private pool. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and really go above and beyond to make the stay memorable. It was a special birthday while we were staying and they helped arrange a surprise complementary birthday cake in the villa. The facilities and restaurant are great and I would definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay

The hospitality of the staff was incredible! Everyone was super attentive, lovely and kind. The shared spaces were amazing (the main pool and the beach area), and of course the villa itself was great.

Some things could use some maintenance, but when you point this out to the staff, they fix it immediately!

Very nice resort with luxury villas. Very, very kind personnel and helpful. The car was for our disposal the whole time.

the beach was not nice at all, many jetskis, no place to swim, sort of dirty. the service was not really five stars. Overpriced services compared to other nice five star hotels with much better service and location.

Friendly staff

This property is justly rated by all websites. It is spectacular. Our villa was stunning with sea views. We really could not have been happier. The attention to detail was outstanding. Everyone and I mean every single person on the property greeted you warmly as if you are an old friend. Suardi the front office manager greeted us upon arrival and was informative and helpful with suggestions. The star of the show though was our driver/ guide Pangi. He is a superstar of hospitality. So good we booked two days of tours with him. Although some of our time was marred by inclement weather, we had an amazing stay at The Royal Santrian. We will be back!
