An absolutely delightful place to rest a while. It offered the friendliest of welcomes from staff in a beautiful, relaxed and peaceful setting… Spacious, fabulous Villa Accommodation wanting for absolutely nothing. The Allspice Restaurant lunch, dinners and breakfasts all good value, providing plenty of tasty variety.The afternoon tea a hazard for weight watchers! Certainly a resort worth visiting again.

Nothing at all…. The only slight frustration…wine by the glass was very limited and the only Sauvignon Blanc on the list was not available.

Inflated prices for taxi services. At least x3 times vs getting the same taxi yourself. Generally prices also for activities were super inflated.

Very relaxing, quiet & luxurious. All staff were extremely accomodating & we left feeling very spoiled!

Loved all the little touches. The staff knowing our names, our drink preferences. The notes, flowers, afternoon tea. Food was excellent. We will return.

Huge villa with stylish decorations. Nice restaurant with excellent breakfasts and dinners in a calm atmosphere. The staff really does their best to make your stay comfortable, starting with arranging transfers and additional services (fast track in the airport on arrival and departure) and finishing with with lovely options like floating breakfast served in your swimming pool.

The beach is not suitable for swimmers. It is also very much dominated by water attractions (jet ski etc)

Our recent start of the honeymoon at The Royal Santrian offered both highlights and significant drawbacks. Our villa was absolutely lovely – beautifully decorated, spacious, and wonderfully private, with a fantastic private pool. The general setting of the resort, including the main pool and restaurant, was also very pleasant. The staff was friendly and readily available. However, the beach was a major disappointment. Despite being beachfront, it was essentially unusable, squeezed between noisy and smelly water sports operators. Even worse, the sea itself was visibly polluted with plastic and rubbish. We felt the true condition of the beach should have been made clear beforehand. Food at the main restaurant was largely tasteless and below standard for our liking. The one exception was the romantic dinner on the beach, which was a completely different and excellent culinary experience – highly recommended!

The Royal Santrian, Nusa Dua Our stay at the The Royal Santrian, Bali was truly special . When you first arrive , you are welcomed by the gracious hostess who greets you with Om Swathiastu which means - may you be blessed and protected, may peace be with you . They then make the welcome drink with you and you are shown to your room . There are 20 villas with private pools on the property so at any time there can only be 40 guests , which gives you the sense of luxury and exclusivity straight away . Standing at the reception foyer- you can see and hear the ocean and the waves. There is also an infinity common pool at the enter of the property . The rooms are spacious but have a quaint , homely feel to them . There is an all day restaurant which has a decent vegetarian selection as well . But a moonlight dinner beside the beach was absolutely amazing . The staff are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. The treatments at the spa were superb and you feel so relaxed after you have had them . And we were offered a complimentary 2 hours spa treatment as well , which was the icing on the cake ! Thank you ! They have a chauffeur driven car that can take you to local places close by for a meal , drop you off and pick you up if u arrange that with the front desk. All in all, we enjoyed every bit of our stay . Thank you for making our silver wedding anniversary special . The Royal Santrian- truly makes you feel like royalty !
