Great service, Tyler was very caring and attentive

Used the VWorks shared working space during the recent heatwave. It was great and Alex was particularly helpful throughout the day.

Perfect location, close to what we wanted to do, Atmosphere was wonderful, every member of staff was happy and smiling from check in to dinner in pub to check out, the room was beautifully clean & fresh, newly refurbished too, air con was a god send in the heatwave! No noise from outside but we were on 4th floor! Definitely great value for money with the amenities on site, we didn’t have breakfast but did use Starbucks before departing. Shout outs to Julie, Blue, Smarika, Anil, Lukas & Ashley who went above and beyond to make our stay as brilliant as possible!!

Lovely modern & clean, spacious room. Location worked well for my plans. Reception staff were friendly & helpful, despite the (known) late night check in. I requested a quiet room & was indeed given a room out of the way & towards the far end of a corridor. I don’t eat breakfast & therefore appreciate that breakfast is a separate cost.

My only main critique was, despite the multiple lights none were very bright. Lovely for the evening, not ideal when getting ready/applying make-up etc. There were spaces to park when I checked in late but imagine it could prove more tricky if there was a function on, having lost a number of parking spaces due to some building works (not sure if the loss of parking area is permanent or not).
