I thought the facilities and staff were excellent. The lady who met me upon checking was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and was a credit for everything that followed. The gym staff on the entrance were equally helpful. Thank you.

"Great friendly clean central hotel"

Rooms are refurbished to a high standard. Very comfortable beds. Lovely large shower. Iron ironing board and a great hairdryer. Tea and coffee in room. Wendy on reception is by far the best most helpful considerate hotel receptionist I have ever met. I wish Wendy could train every reception! Nothing was too much trouble she deserves recognition thank you!

Really enjoyed dining here with my cousin. Had the best food and customer service. Thanks to all the staff for making sure we are well looked after. Special mention to Mina who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed.

It was great food and great match atmosphere!! We were served by Mina who gave us an exceptional service. She asked how our food was and made sure we had an everlasting experience. She even gave us recommendations of things to do in farnborough as well were visiting the area.
