Sandy Beach Hotel

The proximity to the beach was a positive.

Allocated a room right next to reception. Was very Noisy. Main noise coming from staff members late at night and early morning. Room/floor not cleaned well, full of sand & dirt. Not able to walk around bare foot. Shower had no hot water so unable to wash properly after a long travel day. Area around toilet was wet and didn't smell too pleasant. Had to put a towel on floor as didn't want to walk on floor for hygiene. Loud music blasting out first thing in the morning (not an exaggeration either) Ridiculous amount of noise & no consideration for sleeping guests. Staff members playing mobile phones out loud instead of using headphones Disappointing. Would have been more comfortable sleeping at airport overnight. Has the potential to be good accommodation, just needs cleaning properly snd staff need training on customer service

The hotel was poorly maintained and very dirty.

El Sr en el mostrador reaccionó un poco no agradable cuando le dejé saber algo q no me gustó q hizo y la habitación olía un poco a almacén

Great location food was very good

Rooms outdated and shower barely worked and water was luke warm at best.. they said they had no face towels and they were reluctant tant to give us more towels. I had to go buy face towels and I asked them to clean my room and they didn't even change my sheet still same stain on them they had no ice

Room was not clean.
