Hotel Metro

We were unable to get to the hotel because of snow squalls but were too late to cancel with 24h notice. The clerk on the phone was fantastic but explained that she on her own could not permit us to cancel with insufficient notice. She agreed to explain our plight to management and they permitted us to cancel without penalty! Very grateful!

The room was clean and well decorated. The downtown area beside the market was nice.

The comfort of the pillows is really the only thing I can say I didn’t like. It may seem small but it can be the difference between a good nights sleep an ok one. The pillows are very soft but much to thick for smaller necks. Having both kind of pillows would ensure someone can choose. Thanks for a nice stay.

Location, parking, modern hotel

This is not the hotel problem but there were a lot of drug addicts on the street around the hotel which was quite intimidating
