Hotel Metro

Room was clean but the mattress was horrible very uncomfortable

Mattress was very uncomfortable left at 5am because we couldn't sleep on it. Parking was horrible. Took them two days to put my deposit back on my credit card

My husband and I did a quick trip to London Ontario, and stayed at the Hotel Metro. The receptionist (Mae) was very helpful /polite and accommodating to help us with questions. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in a very popular downtown area of London

The rooms were nice looking, I liked the big soaking tub.

The staff was friendly, guests were rude. Person above us was stomping around from 4pm until 5am without stopping. We did inform staff but behavior from guest continued. Other guests were messing with staff ordering things like extra towels and sheets to our room in the middle of the night, when we were sleeping. Glass in shower wasn’t clean, and the grime trapped under the glass of the desk was kind of gross. I also understand the need for the keypads outside, but when checking in for the first time it’s confusing.

Although I had trouble with the online check-in process, the receptionist could not have been more helpful. Full marks for her, and another receptionist who helped me during my stay.

The location is what this place is all about!!! Park up and just walk closely to everything downtown

The price is higher than other places and parking is a charge but really and truly if you are doing things downtown or rock the park. The time saved and taxis and such is all worth it!!

Excellent location for enjoying downtown London. Room design was nice. Very quaint hotel.

The coat hook on the wall in the room was broken. Both me and my husband felt uncomfortable going to get our car from the underground parking lot the next morning. There was drug paraphernalia laying on the ground at the bottom of the stairs. Fully understand that this is not something the hotel can control but it does effect the hotel’s parking
