Layout of room was nice, good facilities / amenities

Not very clean, room was very cold and took a long time to heat up. Could hear noise from other rooms.

Breakfast was not available. The location was excellent as we were so handy to the Canada Life Place.

It would be nice to have a restaurant for breakfast.

"Was not an ideal stay!"

Television was not working out of service. Thermostat also weren’t working so we couldn’t adjust the temperature and it was freezing all night. Called for maintenance but no one showed up.
