Breakfast was very delicious few choices but nice and less overwhelming

The rooms don't have gowns and slippers which forces you to always be in your clothes after taking a bath or in the morning to appreciate the fresh breeze

The first evening went well. everything seemed to work well, except the airconditioning and the gas heater.

The first morning there was no power in the plugs in the lounge/kitchen area. The aircon. in the bedroom was not working, the fridges, stove and plug for the kettle were not working. We reported it at reception and was told that there was a power outage in Knysna. They did not contact us when the power went off to warn us what was happening. We later found there was no hot water for a shower and no wifi. When reporting this we were told that this is what happens with a power outage. No apologies. The first night they turned the bed but not the second night.
