I couldn’t get in because the guy in there he didn’t let me, so I paid for the reservation for nothing because I didn’t even get in, that guy ever had an attitude, I was really respectful, I was wondering if I can get a refund,

Location was great! Hotel was very clean and updated. Pool area was clean and so was hit tub. Would definitely recommend staying here. The king suite was huge compared to other hotels.

The hotel is extremely well maintained. The staff is awesome and accommodating. The hotel is tucked away behind another hotel but it’s within walking distance to two restaurants. There is an indoor pool, gym, and other amenities available.

There was a bus load of middle schoolers who stay on the floor above us. At night, we could hear a lot of running and what sounded like jumping. That is no reflection on the hotel. The staff did call the room(s) to inform the guests of our concern.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very nice. Check in and out was very quick. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was very nice.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Small children were running rampant in the breakfast area. Allowed to make their own waffles, get their cereal, etc. Making a mess everywhere.
