Staff were amazing! Upgraded me to sea view, perfect spot, amazing spacious, clean room. Food amazing, gorgeous beach, refreshing pool and the people, i mean the staff people, all so welcoming, friendly, helpful, accommodating! I loved my stay Turaco!!!!!!

I had a terrible experience with a local man, Stephan Kitatange, who was stalking me and even threatening me, so on the last day, I was scared to leave the resort, and the staff did not react properly. He was yelling insults at me and literally threatening my safety and threatening me with violence. The staff did not call the police or do anything about it, and this man regularly approaches your guests to scam them, and nothing has been done about this. This is his phone number, I got it because he was trying to organise a trip for me, but because he wanted money ahead, I cancelled it +255 671 541 843

Super schöne und perfekt gepflegte Anlage. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Security Personal war stets aufmerksam. Man hat sich super aufgehoben und sicher gefühlt. Das Essen war sehr lecker mit großer Auswahl. Es war makellos sauber und super instandgehalten. Ausflüge wurden von der Unterkunft super organisiert wenn gewünscht. Ich kann nichts negatives sagen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
