Beach, pool, pool bar, room comfort, staff friendliness and the prime location all exceeded my expectations

Limit of 3 persons per room. I was with my family of 4 being me, my spouse and 2 young children who cannot sleep in a room alone. We ended up paying for 2 rooms but only slept in one because of the kids.

Payment - took pre-payment then refunded it, lost £37 in those transactions… then charged again on arrival… they need to find a better way to take payment
