Stanze ampie,belle e pulite. Ice coffee al bar della piscina fantastico !

Il cibo da dimenticare..il wifi da migliorare sicuramente. Il servizio di pulizia spesso dimenticava gli asciugamani,ma credo perché non erano disponibili..Per le bevande consiglio di ripeterlo spesso perché alcuni camerieri/e non sono molto attenti.E’ vero che la gente piazza gli asciugamani sui lettini dalle 8 del mattino.. Assurdo che non siano inclusi due ristoranti,mi sembra inconcepibile.Se prendi il gelato al bar non lo paghi,ma vicino alla reception invece lo paghi..Mi è piaciuta molto la spa,che aveva delle offerte.

Vi tyckte speciellt den trcliga atmosfären och den service inriktade personalen. Lagom litet för att inte få charterkänslan som RIO tex. Borde vara 5 stjärnigt

The location and the staff are by far the stand out positives of this hotel.

The “queen room with an ocean view” which I booked and paid over €1,000 was not as indicated on the pictures. It did have a sea view, over a garden and sun lounger area but be warned, there are very few rooms with a view directly onto the beach. I found this misleading and incorrectly advertised.

Location, location, location. Beautiful grounds, superb accommodation.

I booked a Queen room with ocean view. The choice was based on pictures on the website which did indeed show a stunning ocean view. However while the room was beautiful it was located on the ground level in the block furthest away from the ocean. The view was obscured by palm trees and sun loungers, so while you could see the ocean (just about) it was not the view I thought I was getting and had paid for. This was a huge disappointment for me.
