Spark by Hilton Washington Meadowlands Blvd

The facility was very clean, you could tell it was very freshly remodeled. When the staff was at the desk, which wasn’t super often, they were very polite and helpful. We had to check in late around midnight and they were able to accommodate a late check-in no problem.

The breakfast variety was not great, it was picked clean after the hours of eight and not restocked despite being over at 10. Around 10:30, 30 minutes before checkout, housekeeping did knock on our door and acted annoyed that we were not quite ready to leave yet.

Everything was perfect

They have upgraded all the rooms and are very clean and the staff has a better attitude last time we stayed here when it was under the other name they were rude so we was glad to see that it had a great turn around! Beds was comfy everything was great! Only thing I would suggest is maybe a better breakfast

The shower door wouldn't close

This staff is inadequate and it looks as though they have friends or family hanging out and staying there.

The room was clean but I stayed at this property for the pool, fitness room and breakfast since we brought our grandson. There was no pool or fitness center and the breakfast was not good and had only old fruit, stale cereal and juice that was still concentrated. Expedia pictured these amenity and stated they were at this property. It was false advertising.

Very nice, newly renovated. Very clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable! The coffee in the morning was delicious!!

Unfortunately when we arrived we weren’t greeted, it was more like straight to business and not in a pleasant manner I might add. The ladies who checked me in were not friendly and didn’t seem to wanna be bothered by me or any questions I had. I did not feel welcomed at all, very disappointing because the facility seemed very nice and I was excited for my stay until I came in contact with these ladies. The breakfast area was nice but very limited.

We chose this hotel months ago and about a week before we were set to stay we noticed online that the hotel was closed. After some research we found it had been changed to Spark with no notification to us leading to some concern we would need to find a new hotel. When we booked the room we chose this hotel because it listed a pool. When we arrived we asked about the pool and the front desk told us it was closed. When we looked into the listing it now stated a "seasonal" outdoor pool, whatever that means. When we asked one of the workers about it they did not know anything about a pool. Another worker told us the pool had been removed. Still not sure where on outdoor pool would be located as the hotel is surrounded by parking lot. Next we found the gym and discovered there was nothing in the gym and it looked to be used as storage. So the 2 things we were looking for were no long there and we paid extra for that hotel just for them. The staff was very friendly though.
