I woke up with bites on me. They have bed bugs

Quiet in spite of interstate location. Friendly staff. Always clean. Close to all the cute shops & restaurants in the downtown area as well as the hospital and the funeral home.

Coffee maker in room was too far from wall outlet-had to move it to the desk so cord would reach an outlet. A bit pricey for a standard hotel room.

It was clean and comfortable

It was noisy. Both nights we stayed, the room directly above us kept us up at night. The first night we were woken up by the people having intimate relations so loud it woke us out of our sleep. The second night there were people stomping around in the room above us from 8pm until after 11pm and then started back up at 5am.

Room was very comfortable bathroom could have been cleaned better.

Staff was rude and unpleasant to deal with.

Not being there, literally.

When we arrived, we had not received our digital key yet. We went to the reception desk, approximately 3PM, and told the hotel receptionist that we had not received our digital key yet to which she replied the room was not likely ready yet....we stood at the desk for at least 20 minutes while she went to "go check the room." When she returned, she did give us 2 card keys and we were sent to room 105 as per reservation. The next morning, I accidentally spilled coffee on the bed, texted the phone number that was provided to us should we need assistance to request our sheets be changed. The only response I got was that they were currently assisting other customers and would help us when possible. We left the hotel room and when we returned around 5:30PM, our room had not been rouches, including the sheets on the bed. We still had no response from hotel staff via text or phone either. My husband went to the front desk to request a clean towel so that he could shower, but was told that they "had no clean towels, were down to one washer and were working on the other." They did offer him a towel of hand towel size, or a pool towel. Longer n story short, we never got clean towels, our bed was not changed though there was an offer for the housekeeper to change it before she left to which we said "yes." Apparently, the housekeeper left before the staff read our reply. We also received a phone call after we had gone to bed asking if we would like for them to come changebour bed then. Really? Give me a break. Awful experience, bad hotel. I am quite sure you don't care, but we will never stay at that particular hotel again.

Needed a microwave and or fridge

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Just what I was looking for. A+ P.S. We were traveling with a German shepherd. No problem!

The only thing I didn’t like was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. We travel with a cooler and he can ice was free.

Location to highway and downtown area.

They allow pets. I am not an animal lover. The dog next door barked when the owners were not there.
