The Westin Desert Willow Villas, Palm Desert

I liked the quiet and serenity of the property. It was a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel was overall very well maintained, and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. We were looking for a pool suitable for our 20-month-old baby, and to our delight, there was a shallow pool that was perfect. Our baby had such a great time, and we were able to relax comfortably. The only drawback was that while staying on the first floor was convenient, the noise of footsteps from the room above was quite noticeable.

Spacious and clean room for the price, clean and spacious pool.

I stayed in a room on the third floor, and the air conditioner above was so loud that I could hear it humming at night while I was sleeping. And the employee who called me about timeshares or something rudely hung up on me.

the westin was great! from the staff, to the cleaners, and bartender. on scene restaurant with different meal plan for the night ….me and my wife went to downtown Palm Springs and went to the Palm Springs art museum what was three stories super cool The only thing i have to say about the Westin was that the pools are really warm… I get it. I’m out in the desert, but just what do you warm… other than that though highly recommend

Our villa was wonderful. We visited during low season so restaurant was closed, and pool bar closed early, so we needed to go off property to eat dinner. It would have been nice to know this before we arrived.

Room could be cleaned better, hair here and there but overall comfy rooms with all we need for cooking/washing etc. Amenities were great, pool, slides and free parking.

The rooms are very clean and the property is itself is clean the staff are friendly there is just not much to do at this resort if your looking for spa or other activities. But me and my fiancé enjoyed our stay.

Had a little staycation w my family of 4. My kids age 3&9 loved it! The waterslides were so much fun! Highly recommend this place.

Rooms were excellent. The only most important problem was shuttle service. My husband is handicapped and the shuttles often left us standing out in the hot sun for over 1/2 hour. Last year there was multiple golf carts in addition to the shuttle bus driving around. Not this year. Also my daughter and her baby were left standing out in the sun as well. And yes we did text requesting service.
