Our Air conditioner was out the entire time in one of our rooms . When I told them I wasn’t paying the resort fees they tried to give me push back when we didn’t have working AC . Like that’s the least you can do. I should’ve ask for a credit for the room but it was annoying to have to even ask for that .

Wow ! This resort was everything we had hoped for ! Clean and the staff were all so kind! You could tell they all enjoyed working there ! The pools !! So many loungers around the pools that we never felt like it was too busy and there was always somewhere to lay which was perfect !! We loved our stay here and will absolutely be returning !!!

Very clean with all amenities you need and more. It was great to have a washing machine in the small villa. Travelling back home with clean clothes is very convenient. The resort feels safe and stress-free. There are plenty of parking spots. It was great to have unlimited access to the gym which came with all necessary equipment.
