The towels of linens need to be replaced, and I showed some pictures to the staff and they were prompt to change them out

The price was good for what we received.

The bed was very noisy and the mattress protector had blood on it.

AC was set at 61when I arrived but was easily adjusted to my comfort. The room smelled wonderfully of peppermint! Most of these older hotels can’t get rid of the bad odors. I also love that the floor is not carpeted that’s another way to get rid of bad odors. The young man who checked me in was very accommodating.

Room was reasonably clean. Bed, creaky but comfortable. Quiet. Safe. Extremely convenient to our trade show venue. Good value.

The staff at the location was awesome. I dealt with all 3 shifts at some point during my stay, and they were all very helpful. The property was well maintained and clean. Bed was soft and clean.

The room I reserved on Booking.com was not properly transferred to the property, so I did not receive the correct room type. The lighting in the room was poor. I couldn't read at the desk because the fridge/microwave next to it blocked the light. No desk lamp. Amenities were non-existent. Only bar soap provided. No shampoo, no coffee maker, no pen to fill out the questionnaire. Room renovations look like a second-hand person did them, rather than a professional.
