Central Tourist Hotel

Nothing! The place is dirty, the location reminds of a bottom of a trash bin.

The staff is doing nothing for your convenient stay. Our bed sheets were torn! It was not a small tiny hole, it was completely torn! And had a lot of small black spots. And the staff even didn't apologize. As it was normal for them. We came late, so we had to stay, but we left after one night. I talked to Mr. Kim, he is the owner, and he refused to give my money back for the last 3 nights. Booking did not do anything as well, so I lost my money for 3 nights. Do not recommend this place at all!!!!! Feeling disappointed about Booking as well.

Room stinks of cigarettes, can hear everything from other room. Loud guests, smell of smoke, mouldy bathroom. Stains on wall, the oldest appliances - nothing about this hotel deserves any credit. Poor customer service, and no regard for hospitality. Would never stay here again.

Perfect location! You are extremely central. The rooms are large and especially the bathroom was large, too. Everything was very clean, AC worked perfectly, staff was very friendly and there is free water for guests which was highly appreciated as the temperatures in Seoul were pretty crazy in August

예약 당시에 신축 리모델링 한 방으로 예약을 했었는데 방을 배정받은 방은 굉장히 낙후되어 있었습니다 청결도 관리도 잘안되어 있는 상태고 조명 자체도 고장나 있고 밤에 어둡게 있었습니다 호텔 자체가 굉장히 낙후된건 이해가 되나, 관리적인 측면에서는 보완이 필요할 것 같습니다

ここのホテルは 過去に様々なホテルに泊まった中でも1番最悪でした。 汚くて狭い割に、すごく高い。 1番嫌だったのは 私たちが留守にしている時に何の許可もなしに スタッフが勝手に部屋に入っていた事です。 警察に通報しようと思いましたがやめました。 とにかく1番嫌な体験をしたホテルです。
