I like the most are the approachable and kind staff, unlimited complimentary drinks, the elevators, wide lobby, and the location.

Some of the paints are ripped off from the wall and ceilings. And the bathroom has unpleasant smell, I think its from the pipelines.

Cheating！The photos in Booking.com are not the same with reality！They arrange a 2-people room for 2adults and 2kids. After complaining and change room, the room is crazy dusty with dirty mat and bedding, small paper cups for brushing teeth, crazy leaking water bathtub and noisy air-conditioning! I need to be refunded!!!!These made my child get fever too!
