Maitlandfield House Hotel

Unfortunately tired and in need of a refirb, from turning into the property we could tell this wasn't what was expected. However the couple of members of staff we had interactions with were brilliant, just ashame the building and rooms doesnt quite match

Fabulous staff and the breakfast was lovely. Excellent location. Only gripe is that the mattress was uncomfortable for me.

Lovely area, clean room but dated, outside of the building looks shabby but Lovely quiet ground.

Mathew on check in explained everything about the hotel and was so helpful.The only problem we found was the water pressure in the shower could be better .

Friendly staff, clean & convenient Hotel

The hotel is getting pretty run down. The bar is all boarded up round the back. We ate out and had a few pints at a pub 2 mins away.

The first impression driving in was terrible due to dilapidated appearance of sunroom/annex. We almost didn’t go in. The hotel was comfortable but needs renovation in some areas. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Didn lyk the bar as opened at 7pm two late would be nice to fin work and have z couple pints before get showered apart from that.all a ok
