Good location, bus stops closeby, 20 min walk to town if you want to walk, close to river Cam, cafes, groceries closeby. room and beds were comfortable..good wifi, bath had hot water throughout the day. I didn't ask for any cleaning or supplies over the 5 nights but you can do. Makings for tea and coffee provided

No breakfast. However cafes available close by. Though one across the road, walk down a few minutes to Trishka which is lovely.

Great host, good location...lots to do in the neighbourhood.

Very nice and comfortable guest house with clean and cosy rooms within walking distance of the historic centre of Cambridge. The friendly management are always happy to help and provide a map of Cambridge to understand how to get to the centre. I booked a room without breakfast, but opposite this guesthouse, tourists have breakfast at the cafe. Wi-fi is excellent.

A bit of a walk to the city centre.

Arrived to a friendly welcome from the owner ,who explained the locality and a map of the area .Pointed out places of interest in Cambridge which was helpful Bed room facilities more than adequate, bed comfortable ,tea and coffee making facilities as well as some biscuits was nice Bathroom was small but more than adequate for my stay Very quiet location away from the city centre but was walkable in about 15 minutes

No breakfast at the property but there was a cafe across the road .you could also get something to eat in the centre of Cambridge if necessary Quite a way out from the centre but was walkable so not a real issue
