Amazing location - close to city centre and gardens, also really near to bus stop heading to the airport! The beds I found super comfy, and staff were super helpful and friendly :)

The kitchens - 3/5 of the kitchen stovetops were out of order meaning there was a total of 8 hobs available for use between the whole hostel. However the hobs are so close together that you can only realistically have 2 pots/pans safely on them… The bathrooms - the bins in the toilets get filled up so quickly or don’t get changed often enough… makes it a bit smelly! Finally with being on the top bunk, if ever there was someone who turned on the light or kept it on til late - it shone right above my bed since the ceilings were so high… obviously there’s not much you can do about the ceilings but it would be nice for there to be some sort of screen so I can shut my curtains and it actually blocks light…

Close proximity to central CHC.

Luggage storage is charged. Not enough ventilation in the kitchen that caused smoke alarm to go off. No towel and hand towel rail in the dorm’s ensuite. No towel provided.
