Great spot, very handy. Room was great and the staff including the cleaning staff were lovely.

Could have paid a bit more attention to detail with cleaning, some dusty areas etc

Wonderful bathroom, lovely shower pressure. The spa bath was something we all wanted to enjoy but unfortunately the loud sound it made meant it was not relaxing which was very disappointing. I liked being in walking distance to the Chch town hall. I like it was on ground floor and was sunny when we arrived. The main bed was great.

Ok the worst thing was the smart TV was horrid to use. We followed the instructions given but it kept defaulting and going around in loops. This morning the netflicks was unavailable "Because it had too many users" according to the screen. The sofa bed "foam mattress" was way too thin and our daughter said it was just because it was one night that she could just handle it. The kitchen really needs a hot plate and a medium sized saucepan & frying pan. We'd brought bread and cheese with us to make toasties but that was impossible.

"Perfect place to stay in Queenstown."

This hotel is the perfect place to stay in Queenstown. Conveniently located, big comfortable room for 3 people, well stocked and with a parking place. The price is great for all that you get.

"I would recommend City CentreMotel. Very convenient location and the staff were very good."

City Centre is within walking distance to the city centre, art galleries and botanic gardens. We walked everywhere so no car, taxi needed. The kitchen was well set up with a microwave and other utensils. The TV was simple to operate. We very much enjoyed our stay.
