Somewhat close to where we where going. Off street parking.

We booked for 8 people and thought it was a double and two singles with a pull out couch but it was only a double with a really small pull out couch. Nothing was made up and we had to request linen and pillows. There was still full bins in one of the units. They also didn’t say anything about flights of stairs as no elevator.

Not much to like I’m afraid except perhaps it’s location

The room was dirty. There were stains everywhere - carpets, cushions and sofa. The bath was stained yellow as was every surface. The bed had clearly been slept in by someone - hair, creased linen with stains! I explained the situation to a lady in reception who didn’t seem terribly interested. We didn’t stay but unfortunately still had to pay our first nights accommodation.

It was close to the MCG.

It is very dated, the bathroom is in need to of a good clean, the bath had scale in it. Very old facilities, walls dirty, windows don't seal closed. The bed sheet had marks on it. We were given a key to a room that had people in it! Not good a communicating re parking. It was so expensive $400 for 1 night during the week. Not good value at all.

Good location. Parking onsite

No blanket provided for sofa bed even after we asked. No tea - only coffee. Bloody tissue in sofa bed - yuk! Noise through the night and early morning from residents. Swearing and shouting. Was scary.

Nothing. Booking.com promoted as one of the best pet friendly accommodation in Melbourne.

Old, deteriorating amenities, unclean, poorly secured amenities, window locks broken and blinds not blocking out light, and a location on a busy intersection with a pedestrian crossing signal outside the bedroom window. It’s ridiculous to pay a premium cleaning fee plus other conditions for a pet to stay in the room when it’s unclear to wipe the shoes on the way in or out of the room due to the uncleanliness. The street outside was unsafe to go out of the compound
