"Birches cancelled our booking on the day of our arrival!"

The day before our arrival date I called to secure parking at the property. I was told that can all be organised at check in the next day. I also confirmed they had a pet friendly apartment for us. Which was confirmed. At around 1030am on the day of our booking I got a text message to advise the booking was cancelled as the apartment was not available due to unforeseen circumstances! And they would organise a full refund!

Accomadation is tired old and in desperate need or major refurb. Staff were nice and efficient and whilst the room was clean it was full of stains on all surfaces, pretty grubby.… the trade off of course is locationcti the city and cost.…
